Some producers stick to old methods, some are constantly trying to find new and original means of taking sf editing to another level, and to be honest a few months ago I would've deemed Bryan of the first kind. His movies seemed to be a similar set of effects with different frags every time... Then came Taiwanese. That movie proved that Bryan was indeed capable of being original and creative. However, I never expected something like this to come rolling out next! The achievement of this movie is amazing; 9 and a half minutes of fantastic and amazing frags, great editing, innovative 3d work and animation.
I can barely express in words what I think of this movie but I'll do my best. The overall visual content (effects and text) was amazing, I loved the use of the 3D HUDs. Some of the effects disappointed me though, they weren't all top notch. The frag content was like never before (literally), with frags from all ranges of players. Bryan has really been innovative with his 3D work, although a lot of the intro was a straight copy from Katha's She Looked 16. The color corrections were great. The nametags bored me a bit, there could've / should've been an animation there. The roams were unlike what I've seen before... One thing that I dislike about this movie are the slight errors. The masking for example wasn't right sometimes, and there was a definite lack of slow-motion in this movie. The soundtrack was well-chosen, loved the amount of songs. I liked the credits a lot as well. Sometimes the colors and stripes flying over the screen were slightly disturbing and overused and I find that Video Copilot's lens flarespack could've been used a bit more sometimes, though that's purely my taste. The texts were created and animated properly.
Bryan's finally managed to unlock his potential with this movie and I'm glad he did, even if it's his last work. Other editors should learn from this video (and it's Making Of which is coming soon!), follow Bryan's example and try as much new stuff as they can, and not stick to a set of programs.

I have one extra thank you to give. I must thank Vexo from http://youtube.com/vexostudio for giving me the possibility of making this vid extremely possible.
USF - Cessation is by far my most worked on Soldier Front Frag Video. I really spent a lot of work recording the proper clips and angles for the visual effects and graphics. There were 75+ replays/clips sent in for a chance at being a part of USF - Cessation. I do apologize if your replay/clip wasn't used, but there just isn't enough time.
Onto the editing, I really took this video to a whole new level. I do thank SwiftFoX for producing USF - Potter and showing how USF editing can be taken to a new level, I just put my own throw and twist into this video. I took the time to work on the custom overlays and 3D models for this video, which look impressive. I hope this video can take the USF videos to future! And please subscribe even in this my last USF video. I know there will be more plans and videos coming soon.
