Got a boat or RV and want to make window screens to block the sun, but still allow visibility? Great! But the idea of drilling holes in your boat or RVs got you turned off. Why not use YKK Snads! Snads are an adhesive snap component, no drilling is required. We used YKK Snads on this Prestige Power Boat and now a mesh fabric called Phifertex can be snapped in place over the windshield.
Use a primer for the best bond of a 3M VHB adhesive pad, as found on the YKK Snads. This video will demonstrate the appropriate primer for your job.
