Here are the 3 ways to use verb to be to express your feelings when communicate in English. 1) Subj + Verb to be + adj. ♡ I am happy. ♡ He was sad. ♡ They have been excited since last night. 2) Subj + Verb to be + feeling + adj - this one is used to express your feelings at that moment only. ♡ I am feeling weird. ♡ Dylan is feeling super duper happy. ♡ Arnaud and I are feeling great. 3) Subj + feel/feels + adj. Note. If the subject is only one person, then you should use "feel". ♡ Lauren feels lonely because her man is away. ♡ Kate and Nate feel so alive after finding their life missions. ♡ He feels on top of the world! ♡ I feel alright. _______________________________________________________ How to release your negative emotions? 1) Be aware of it. 2) Let it out fully without feeling guilty / feeling bad about it.
