Valeri Liukin Bars Clinic DVD

This is a bootleg video from a TOPs training camp. In this video Valeri Liukin presents a coaching clinic to the TOPs coaches on how his methods of coaching pirouettes on bars (higgins, healy, blind change, ono etc), he also covers basic drills on floor that he uses as bars warm-ups and teaching drill for inbar skills like the Stalder and inside stalder. The audio is not very clear as you can tell but it if you crank up the TV volume while watching the DVD you can make out almost everything. The quality isn't amazing, but the actions speak for themselves.
