Valkyria Chronicles - Chapter 18-2: Final Boss - Rank A Strategy

I've decided to try and take on the project of exploring the possibly of speed running this game. Basically, beating each of these levels as efficiently as possible without power-leveling. That means not only beating each level in under the amount turns required to get "Rank A" but also trying to optimize each action and ultimately achieving the most efficient strategy possible.
