Verification of UV Ink printed text and barcodes during security label production

Many security labels include text, barcodes and images printed using ultraviolet fluorescent ink to covertly protect the label (and the product it is attached to) from being counterfeited. However during production, these invisible numbers and code need to be check for readability, accuracy and correctness. Additionally these codes need to be unique and traceable, and so any missing or duplicate labels must be identified and corrected. We will correctly install and box the UV light source to appropriate health standards. We will integrate our solution with the Inkjet systems to ensure perfect print synchronization and validate every code against a database to prevent duplication or missing labels. If errors are detected, then this is logged in a detail Roll Map which can be used by offline inspection equipment to quickly locate and correct labels that are in errors.
