KUANTAN: A Vietnamese fishing boat skipper was today sentenced to a month's jail and fined RM10, 000, after he pleaded guilty to offering a bribe of RM20,000 to a Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) officer on May 3.
