Expect 25-30 kills per hour depending on your gear and familiarity with the boss. After a trip or two getting the hang of the boss you won't need any food, or you could alternatively bring a yak which will slow down kills slightly but you don't have to spend bank on scrimshaws of vampyrism that way.
