I've been a smoker on and off (mostly "on") for about 20 years. I have tired of the way cigarettes make me feel, the cost of smoking, the impact it has on my asthma symptoms and health, and the general sense of guilt that goes with an addiction to something so bad for my health. I've figured out though that I am and will probably always be, a slave to nicotine. That's why I decided to try e-cigs. I have nothing to lose, perhaps just an unhealthy addiction!
