Virtual City - Level 5-8

Removing forests and building roads need a huge amount of money. Destroying a forest area requires $600, and building a road needs $500. Remove forests to build the straight road from the nearest bus station to the stadium. Start developing there and expand to the left bus station. You don't have to utilize all areas. Just connecting bus stations is OK to win the level.
