Visions of Destiny - Tera Cutscene

Following the Story Quests of Allemantheia in the High-Elf Capital. Specifically - Frontera You enter this area via Teleport, you cannot travel by foot into this "instance," however you need to visit the shrine prior to being able to Teleport in for the Story Quest.
