http://www.freegamesexplorer.com/games/videos/earn-die-2012-part-2/ This is it, the final game in our Earn to Die series of games. This is Earn to Die 2012: Part 2. It's not quite a completely new game in the same way Earn to Die 2012 was a sequel to Earn to Die; instead, it's more of a continuation or expansion for the previous game. Let's take a look at what sets it apart. First off, the game starts off strong. None of this nonsense with putting about in a VW bug or a beat-up old pick up truck. The game starts you off in a huge fire truck which is nearly as big and as massive as any of the bigger rides you've driven previously. Why you don't start out with the military flatbed from the previous game is a mystery though. As soon as you reach the appropriate checkpoint, you then move on to your next ride: the truck from the first game. It handles pretty much the same as in the first game, but it looks a whole lot better now. It does have different upgrades than from the original game though, so it's not a complete rerun. The final ride you can get is the military-grade flatbed truck (which should have been the first ride based on the closing of the previous game, but oh well). It's easily the most over-the-top and ridiculous ride you can get in the three games, but it's also the most awesome. You can eventually mount a huge cannon atop it, not unlike what you'd see on a battleship. Not only that, you can also mount a nuclear-powered booster at the rear. Considering that your character is just some guy trying to escape, why your ride doesn't just explode leaving a crater in the middle of nowhere is a mystery though. It's not just the vehicles that are different though. You finally move beyond the dusty desert and progress to a forested area. It's not too dense, but it's a pleasant change of scenery. You'll eventually move to the mountains, but all throughout, one thing is constant: the zombies. You've got a bunch of new zeds here, the most obvious of which would be the really big ones. These are huge, hulking behemoths of undead flesh which shamble towards you. Hitting them is just like hitting an obstacle, and if you're not prepared, you'll slow down just as much. It's much easier to just shoot them then, but as you have limited ammo, you've got to conserve your rounds and only shoot when you need to. As aforementioned, you start out strong in the game. That's why things are a whole lot faster and more brutal. Make liberal use of your boosters and use them to plow through all the brick walls, crates, exploding barrels, and zombies that you can. With enough boost and just the right terrain, you'll even be able to skim right over obstacles, and if you're lucky, take the heads off a bunch of baddies as well.
