We present vulvectomy surgery in a 75 years old lady affected by K vulva ( FIGO I A in our prestaging). Main steps of our procedure : - insulating and securing pudendal and perineal arteries bilaterally; - creating a hole under posterior commissure in order not to injury rectum; - insulating and securing clitoris vessels and ligament by creating tunnel bilaterally.
