W1209 temperature controller from ebay has some issues

Failure of W1209 thermal controller. Temperature is set to 62C, Cutoff at 63, cut on - 61C. The controller reaches the 63C if starts from ambient, but when it reaches 63C and switches off - the relay gets stuck in the open state. The temperature then falls down to ambient unless you knock on it with something. Probably it is related to the relay failure as the LED indicator shows that it is energised.
