Well, in this video I will show you how I use one of my favorite apps. So, in addition to the standard advice (go to be earlier, drink more water, etc.) in this video I share my favorite app for waking up. It's called Sleep Cycle. Here's basically how it works. 1. You choose a 30 minute window when you'd like to be waken up. 2. You plug your phone in and lay it next to your pillow. 3. Through the night, it measures your sleep based on movement 4. During your wake up window, the app will play a gentle alarm when you are the most awake. If, for example, your wake up window is 5:00 to 5:30, so days you might wake up at 5:15 and some days at 5:30.
