When she casts Smoldering Devastation, jump down 1s before the spell goes off, and teleport back up immediately. That way you won't take any damage nor lose any time. Beth'tilac automatically goes into P2 at 10%. Timing may be required so that she doesn't consume nearby Cinderweb Spiderling. All the adds will now target you, just burst her during Dark Bargain, because when your shield runs off you will surely die :p. 496 ilvl. Affliction spec, Talents are Soul Leech, Mortal Coil, Dark Bargain, Grimoire of Supremacy, Kil'jaeden's Cunning. Glyphs are Soul Shards, Siphon Life, Demon Training.
