Watch Dogs 2 - Black Screen At Start | Intel Core 2 Duo | GT520 | 2GB RAM

I finally able to downloaded Watch Dogs 2 and installed it while i am work then i get off to come home to play it and i get a black screen and it just wont load no sound or anything. Anyone, who can help me? Sorry, my PC is very-very low. But, i think we will have to wait for a Dual Core FIX or Injector like with Far Cry 4. SOON!
