Watch Dogs 2 Downgraded? WHY???

Hey everyone, so, I watched a YouTube video about how Ubisoft might be downgraded the long awaited Watch Dogs 2. The video shown what the changes that Ubisoft has of the final released game compared to the retail version. This means that the game experiences will not be the same as we saw the Demo play of Watch Dogs 2. Watch Dogs 2 is an upcoming open world action-adventure third-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It is the sequel to 2014's Watch Dogs. Set within a fictionalized version of San Francisco, the game is played from a third-person perspective and its world is navigated on-foot or by vehicle. Players control Marcus Holloway, a hacker who works with the hacking group DedSec to take down the city's ctOS 2.0, an advanced surveillance system. Ubisoft has downgraded games in the pass such Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Phantoms, and Watch Dogs...and now possible Watch Dogs 2??? Is Ubisoft really going to downgrade Watch Dogs 2? And Why is Ubisoft Downgrading Watch_Dogs 2 like they did to the first Watch Dogs Game and a few of the past games?
