So uh, I went back up 1lbs, and I think I look fatter. Not sure why, cause I have been eating only 100cals more a day avg. (so about 1350cals a day) though I've been exercising less like 150cals burned 2 X week and 2 x weights, so maybe that is it. However, this is the first week I have had no chocolate or anything at all=L so uh, do not get it, it's obviously not muscle cause I look fatter and less toned. your opinions? Any tips?
