WD My Passport clicking and beeping

recently my HDD have been producing these sounds out of nowhere, the External HDD has accidentally dropped but only when not working, but that was long time ago. the External HDD however, shows in the "Devices and printers" window, but does not show in My Computer nor in the windows disk management tools or any other recovery tools. i have also tried plugging it to another PC with no luck.
