We conclude Season 4 by showcasing the dramatic “Makeovers” our ladies have achieved. It’s been quite a journey but the time has come to reveal the transformations that have occurred showcasing the changes to one and all. In a dramatic and grand fashion we highlight the changes that have occurred from the inside out AND the outside in… the ultimate payoff being the ladies receiving a selection of surprises and rewards. Our esteemed panel of experts: Fitness Model/Writer Jamie Eason ; Billy Beck III; Life Coach Dr. Jessica Leon, Therapist To Go, LLC; Nutritionist Meryl Brandwein come together in the studio to review the progress made. Then the big reveal thanks to the talented and creative team from Goldwell Hair Care and KMS California and Spiegel’s International Creative Director, Richard Lowe III who has wardrobed the ladies-- they debut their new looks. From gorgeous hair to even more fabulous frocks….they are dressed for success… showing off their new bodies! Each achieving their personal best… with up to an almost 50 pound weight loss to being under 200 pounds for the first time in 14 years. To recognize their hard work Spiegel provided them with a new wardrobe, Stila cosmetics donated a swag bag of beauty products, Elite Fuel supplied them with a month worth of meals, plus Jamie Eason’s Lean Body for Her supplements from Labrada Nutrition and a bag full of healthy tools from Bodybuilding.com.
