The Small Plate Plan is the method I created to help me loose weight. I thought I would explain it so if anyone else wants to see if it works for them then they can. My Weight loss Journey - How did I get to the point of needing to lose so much Weight? Well I started off pretty slim in infant school but my parent moved house and so of course did I. I then put on quite a lot of weight still in infants but this may have been mostly puppy fat. I got teased quite a lot so I started doing a little exercise and still being young and not having any gaming consoles at that time I was out playing a lot with friends, as a result I lost all my puppy fat and became slim again. I stayed slim right through secondary school and up until I was 18. Just after turning 18 I moved to Manchester with a group of people to do a church plant (this is just helping so start up a new church). Unfortunately due to trouble getting work and quite unpleasant circumstances I became quite depressed which there and I am something of a heavy comfort eater. In the year I spent in Manchester I went from being 10 Stone to 14.7Stone and when I came back to my home town I was feeling better being back but was still depressed because A lot had changed while I was away, and I was overweight. so since 18 years Old to now, I have been slowly putting on more weight because I have never really got out of my depression. I am fairly settled now and so thought I would give losing weight another go. I thought that by using You tube I could record my progress and also give myself motivation to keep at it since I would be letting myself down in a very public way if I fail. So Now here I am a starting weight of 17 Stone 10 Pounds or 248lbs and working to get down to my goal weight of 141lbs. Wish me Luck.
