West Bengal govt has introduced a new project 'Yubashree Arpan' which is benifishary to unemployment. Chief minister Mamata Banerjee introduced the project in a meeting from Howrah. She introduced the Hindi University in West Bengal. Every unemployment youth get one lac rupees to start a business. About two lacs family will benefited.
