West Loop status update -- 565 Quincy

565 Quincy is a new high-rise condo tower built on top of an existing loft building. At the time of my visit only 27 of the 240 lofts and condos were still available for sale. The building has been turned over to the homeowners' association. Two new furnished models recently opened at 565 Quincy.
