WHAT I EAT IN A DAY #1 | HEALTHY & HAPPY

YOU ASKED WHAT I EAT FOR CLEAR SKIN, HEALTHY DIGESTION & FOR A HEALTHY BODY. SO I'M SHARING! THIS WAS A LAZY SUNDAY FOR ME I HAD A LOT OF STUFF TO DO AT HOME AND DECIDED TO FILM EVERY SINGLE THING I PUT INTO MY MOUTH FOR YOU.. :) This was super hard to remember to film every single item of food I ate in a day. I'm glad I got through it! I share with you all my meals and every thing that goes into my body in one day. I eat a mostly Fruit and Veggie diet because It's what I LOVE to eat. Everything I show you is what I crave and want to eat. I can eat the same meals day in and out. It saves money and headaches and just because I don't get bored of Healthy food.
