The third minor update for Minecraft 1.14 has been released, with some really big gameplay tweaks, performance fixes and a slew of but fixes! Here's a guide to all the changes in Minecraft Java Edition 1.14.3!

Changes in this version:
Stability & Performance:
- Crash fixes
- Fixed particles causing lag (esp. dragon fight)
- Fixed sometimes getting thousands of mobs per player
- Chunk rendering, Resource loading & Mob spawning performance improvements
- Fixed poor rendering performance of pistons extending/retracting
Villages:
- Farmer villagers have been tweaked to farm more
- Fixed villager inventories getting filled with items
- Fixed villagers breeding even if there are no free beds
- Fixed villagers frequently running towards mobs they want to flee from
- Fixed villagers not fleeing from zombie villagers
- Fixed villagers flickering between employed/unemployed while working
- Iron golem spawning has changed to fix villages getting flooded with golems
- Villagers in panic mode now have a higher chance of spawning a golem if they have slept and worked during the last day
- "Last slept" & "last worked" is now saved properly for Villagers
- Fixed zombie sieges never happening
Patrols:
- Vindicators are no longer part of patrols
- Doubled the minimum time to spawn from 5+ minutes to 10+ minutes
- Patrols no longer spawn if the block light level disallows monster spawning
- Patrols are now allowed to spawn in any biome except mushroom biomes
- Fixed illager captains sometimes not getting banners
Raids:
- Fixed killing a raid captain giving bad omen, extending the raid
- Raids now center around all the work sites in a village
- Fixed multiple overlapping raids
Mobs:
- Fixed the hostile mob spawn rate being too high
- Fixed hostile mobs spawning on top of trap doors, glowstone & lanterns
- Fixed zombie pigmen spreading their anger forever if they can continously respawn, even if the player was not visible
- Fixed blazes being able to see through blocks
- Fixed endermen & blazes not dropping experience when hit with splash/lingering potions
- Fixed foxes that trust a player avoiding wolves & other players they're angry towards
- Fixed baby foxes & chickens suffocating when jumping under blocks
- Fixed baby trader llamas instantly despawning
Gameplay:
- Reverted enchanting system to how it was before 1.14
- Items can once again be repaired by crafting them together
- Fixed Flame arrows & fireballs setting players on fire when blocking with shield
- Fixed skylight appearing under blocks
- Saturation is no longer needed for the "How did we get here?" advancement
- Fixed the advancement location trigger working inconsistently 1.9 or later structures
- Fixed players in survival not getting Dolphins Grace if the dolphin cannot pathfind to the player
- Torches, lanterns & pressure plates can now be placed on glass panes & iron bars
- Lanterns can now be placed below iron bars & glass panes
- Fixed the villager/wandering trader GUI not closing when a major change happens to the mob
- Fixed wandering trader hover text implying that trades could get unlocked
- Fixed double chests not displaying custom names
- Fixed water sources adjacent to another water source flowing outwards when there is water above the other water source
Visuals:
- Fixed legs on cats clipping through the top of the model
Technical:
- Fixed entities not functioning in forceloaded chunks
- Hostile mobs in chunks near the border of the loaded world now once again count toward the mob cap
- You can now turn off raids with '/gamerule disableRaids true'
- Fixed chunks not being loaded if spectatorsGenerateChunks was set to false
- Fixed Structure blocks not working with double blocks (like beds)
- Fixed not being able to /summon trader llamas
