I'm going whole food plant-based for 21 days and thought I'd share some ideas with y'all! No, I'm not going vegan, just getting back to eating more fresh and colorful foods. I won't be stressing over it, because I think that defeats the point, but I do think it'd be fun to share some generally-healthy meal ideas! When I'm out with friends I'll be a bit more relaxed with my choices.
