Supreme Court has reportedly fixed March 9th, this year as the day set aside to review the Imo State Governorship judgement, delivered by it on January 14, 2020, due to the petitions and pressure from the public that the judgment was faulty. Emeka Ihedioha had written a protest letter to the Supreme Court that he was not fairly treated and called for the review of the judgment and in addition to that, his party, PDP staged a nationwide protests to show their displeasure. Leaders of the party led by its National Chairman Lagos, Prince Uche Secondus, went further by going to submit protest letters to the US, UK and EU embassies, calling on them to wade into the clamp down and seizures of democracy by the Buhari led administration. There was precedence to what Ihedioha is trying to do, because in 1971, Supreme Court reversed itself, in the case between Johnson and Lawanson based investigations which led to discovery of fundamental errors in the said judgment. Looking at the judgment, and facts in the public domain, if the review is done without any bias, Uzodinma may be removed by the apex court.  Election results showed that the cancelled votes that were added in about 388 polling units which later put the total score of Uzodinma who was at fourth position during the election, ahead of Ihedioha is still subject to controversy. INEC did not validate the claim that Uzodinma's votes were cancelled in court before the judgment was delivered. There are growing concerns also that, after votes were added to Uzodinma, the total number of votes exceeded the number of accredited voters, which should not be so.  PDP and Ihedioha, not satisfied with the ruling, has dragged Uzodinma and the APC to the Supreme Court for a review, and the outcome of the investigation may make or mar either of them.  Uzodinma said that he is not afraid of the review, but PDP and Ihedioha have raised an alarm that, the APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomole has taken Uzodinma to Buhari, in their bid to influence the outcome of the Supreme Court review
