Wierd torture house in fallout 4

hey guys, I'M BACK!!! I was playing fallout 4 when i stumbled upon this Wierd house that had a cage with 3 full skeletons inside, along with a radioactive barrel. I call this a "torture house" because it looks like the owner tortured their victims via radiation poisoning. They also treated their victims like dogs since there is a dog bowl in the cage as well.
