Will Maytas Infra go the Satyam way?

Maytas Infrastructure could soon come under government control with the Company Law Board (CLB) on Friday sticking by its observation of appointing four additional directors to the current board. After two days of heated arguments between the two counsels followed by a reserved order, the current development has not pleased either the government or Maytas. "We are asking for three members. We had six and that is all we are asking for," said Sunil Malhotra, defense lawyer, Maytas Infra.
