Will Women Lift Jon Ossoff Into Congress?

Is 30-year-old Jon Ossoff on his way to the U.S. Congress? TYT contributor Ryan Grim responds to sunny remarks by DNC Chair Tom Perez, and to questions from our Facebook Live audience. While reporting for The Huffington Post on the Georgia special election, Grim found that the majority of the volunteers powering Ossoff's campaign were women. Ossoff won 48.1% of the vote, earning a June 20 runoff against Karen Handel, who won 19.8%. Handel is best known for blocking funding for breast cancer screenings while working for The Susan G. Komen Foundation.
