Have a player go stand next to the regulator to recieve the bombs. The priest then uses the Engineer to throw the bombs to that one person. You can toss 4 bombs before the MC ends. This will speed up phase one a great deal. Using a Firecaller to res the first Slag Elemental during Phase 2 can help you get through Phase 2 more quickly as well.
