Woman Flees After Shearing Hydrant 1/11/2020

The driver left the scene of the crash. Police officers found the suspects’ car one block away with damage. Officers then found a woman walking approx another block away. Upon questioning her, she admitted to driving the car and had just left a bar. She was tested for and arrested for DUI. It took the firefighters approx 25 minutes to shut off the water flow.
