Recorded with XSplit. For this quest, head to Nastrondir (you may need to head further towards its center than where you first start to see dragons to trigger the quest to start). Kill Juvenile Squallhunters and Adult Squallhunters, who will have about a 50% chance to drop a Perfect Storm Drake Scale. After you kill them, skin the corpse, as this has a 100% chance to drop an additional Perfect Storm Drake Scale. Therefore, you will need to kill and skin about 8 dragons to receive all of the scales you'll need for this quest.
