WoWS 0.6.0 - Akizuki Now A Top Tier Destroyer (Post Commander Revision)

One of the most fun ships in the game for me this game after landing 486 hits i end up with a Witherer and 126K Damage. I do not yet have a maxed out commander on this ship but the build i am going with is in the following order PM/ LS/ DE/ AFT/ CE All of which i currently have followed by IFHE/ PT with the remaining 5 point i have to obtain.
