WPVI 5:30AM Action News 1999 - Columbine Shootings

JuJu Chang closes out World News This Morning, then we have some ABC and local continuity into the 5:30AM Action News with Monica Malpass, Rick Williams, and Cecily Tynan. (All have since moved to evenings) The big story, of course, is the columbine shootings. The standard Action News open applies here, but mornings used a truncated cut of the famous theme until about 2004.
