Writ of Summons

A copy of the Writ of Summons filed by the Madang Provincial Government at the Waigani National Court will be served on the Management of the Ramu Nico Mine tomorrow. The summons is sought based on recommendations from further studies conducted from reports that waste from the mine was not properly treated, before it was disposed.
