WWE 2K17 Gtx 1050 ti 1080p max settings on dell optiplex 790 a $260 budget pc

I recorded this with shadow play and it drops the quality 5-10%.. I bought my dell on ebay for $120 US dollars it came with 8gb ddr3 ram and the only thing new is a gtx 1050 ti and the evga 500w power supply.
