悠遊卡公司董事長。美國賓州大學華頓商學院 MBA、台灣大學工管系。歷來的正職都跟金融有關，先後任職於JPMorgan投資銀行副總裁、國泰金控副總經理、國泰世華銀行風控長、消金與企金執行長。曾在台北紐約東京香港上海哈拉雷工作，造訪過大聯盟31個主場。電影海角七號、台北二一資金贊助人。數位時代等三本雜誌專欄作家，寫東西不為發表，想要風乾現在的記憶和思維，老了以後下酒。 Mr. I-Cheng Liu is currently the Chairman of EasyCard Corporation. Prior to EasyCard, he had worked in financial industry for more than 10 years. He served as Corporate/Consumer Banking Head of Cathay United Bank, Senior Vice President of Cathay Financial Holdings, and Vice President of JPMorgan Investment Banking Division. He worked in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taipei, and visited 31 home stadiums of Major League Baseball. He is also a film investor and a feature writer for magazines in Taiwan. Mr. Liu received his B.A in Business Administration from National Taiwan University and MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Currently he is the President of Wharton Alumni Club Taiwan.
