**** updated in the description, there's a missing step in the video, you HAVE to remove the Chinese version of the mifit and install the one from the store !!! - step 5 **** Ok, so after we know how to convert the Huami Xiaomi watch to partial English without the help of Huami, now its the time to benefit from both Strava and the Mifit App for sleep and steps monitoring. what do we need ? 1. Play store Amazfit Smartwatch - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.huami.watch.hmwatchmanager 5. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xiaomi.hm.health best to reset the watch to its factory settings, you can return to the English Interface by doing this: https://youtu.be/1virnthRg4Q follow these steps: 1. open an account in mi. 2. install the amazfit smartwatch Chinese version, pair with your phone and login with your mi account. 3. install the mifit Chinese version as well, login with your mi account and add the watch as a device in mifit as well, make sure that in both apps its paired and synced. 4. go to the play store and update both apps to their store versions. after the update, the Amazfit app will have an option of adding a Strava account, login with yours or open a new account, as i did for this video. 5. remove the the installed Mifit and install the one from the store, login with your Mi account again. with the store version you'll be able to see your steps and sleep data, and add your google fit account, if you want to keep everything in there as well. questions, ideas, leave a comment :)
