Receiver won't turn on completely. I believe the unit was damaged during a lightning storm. I tested the transformer with a multimeter to see if the thermal fuse was blown. The circuit still had continuity between the grey and brown wires of the mains supply cable so I assume the transformer is ok. I fear that it may be a damaged IC.
