YE08 CPX White Van Man swerves at cyclist

Seriously dangerous driving here. While the camera was stopped, the cyclist told me the van hit him earlier down the road and injured his hand. I saw him swerve violently towards the cyclist, enough to compel me to u-turn and chase them down. I was only two minutes from work, but you gotta help a brother out! He said he will take it further, so will update you when I hear anything. Filmed with a helmet-mounted Drift HD Ghost action camera.
