YouTube now deleting Homebrew Videos (+ Community Guidelines Strike)
У вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5
Noways, you aren't safe if you upload homebrew tutorials due to YouTube's new anti circumvention guideline. That's pretty ridiculous, maybe soon we'll be back in 2006 when everyone uploaded cat videos since that's one of the only things which does not violate anything lmao. :')
Things to try:
- Censor the Nintendo logo or anything Nintendo copyright (like music)
- Include a copyright disclaimer at the beginning of the video and possibly also in the description as I do below
"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."
