渔家吃食 Coastal Food

淡淡水咸水交界的海口内灣，是泥蚶生长的好地方。一颗颗蚶子，一个个蚶壳，是潮州人对美好生活的想望。不过，在福建人居多的渔村， 从中国福建和潮州传来的蚝煎，以在地鲜味食材代替，衍生出原乡也吃不到的蚶煎和虾煎。 一道像鱿鱼羹又像卤面的浓稠吃食"拉利沙"，尽管名称和来历无从考究，却明显地飘逸着浓浓的福建风味。 世代相传的虾签， 可以油炸当零嘴儿，也可以煮成汤食 。 炒米粉加小虾浇上咖喱汤汁， 那是渔民捕鱼归来的简单小吃。 生活本来就是平淡的，对寻常人家来说，如何在平淡琐碎、甚至是艰辛中，吃出食趣、活出趣味，就是一种生活的艺术。 These clams like calmness.It won't grow big if there's too much fresh water. Fresh clams that helps to replenish the Qi and blood were once the nourishing tonic for the poor. Fresh clams, flour and eggs or fresh prawns, flour and eggs, those are the fry-food combination that brings out the freshness. Fresh prawns and flour into the soup stock, and that's the recipe for the locally-called "La－li－sa". The prawn noodles only found in fishing village, apart from frying it and made into snacks, it can also be cooked as noodles soup.
