A short interview with Sarah Treadwell about the beauty and health benefits of barefoot walking. Zero Drop shoes are shoes with no heel, which help to correct posture and reduce impact injuries, lower back pain and hip pain.
Filmed on an old Canon 600D/T3i with a cheap Yongnuo 35mm lens, and an iPhone. Audio captured using a Zoom H4n recorder. Edited in Premiere Pro and graded using FilmConvert.
