UN Human Rights Council gathers in New York City on Wednesday, March 2, for a continuation of the 49th regular session amid military conflict in Ukraine.

A second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine is expected to take place today in Belarus. Ukraine and Russia sat down for talks on Thursday for the first time since the Russian military attack on Ukraine, which started in the early hours on February 24.
