Dzhamal, a 68-year-old grandpa from a village in Dagestan, wows locals with his spectacular spins on a horizontal bar, pull-ups and backflips.

The pensioner fell in love with sports while serving in the army. Since then he has not spent a day without exercise.

Despite his age, he leads an active lifestyle and is the grandfather to 13 grandchildren.
