Steps to make this smart noticeboard:

1. Place the ESP32 on a breadboard.
2. Connect the SDA and SCL pins of LCD to the D21 and D22 pins of ESP32 respectively.
3. Connect the VCC of LCD to Vin of ESP32 and GND to GND of ESP32
4. Upload the code. (I’ve pinned it in the comments)

Note: You can change the text using a local server which gets created by ESP32.
