A wildfire has consumed a portion of land near the town of Corrientes, south of the Argentina-Paraguay border, as seen on Thursday.

Animal carcasses and burnt trees could be spotted on location after the fire was put out.
Corrientes has been the area most hit by the wildfire, caused by drought that has affected the South American country for two years.
