Demonstrators gathered for a protest in support of Afghans outside the European Commission in Brussels on Wednesday.

Some demonstrators were seen burning Pakistani flags, while others held signs and Afghan flags.
The protest comes one day after EU foreign affairs chief Borrell announced plans to engage in talks with the Taliban following their sweeping victory in Afghanistan.
